DFC ↔️ GLO/SOMIDA ↔️ Niger 정부 사이에서 프로젝트 권리·채무불이행 상황·DFC의 보호권리 등을 담는 Direct Agreement 필요
→ Yellowcake export route 확정(아직 다된거 아님)
“identifying a viable route to export yellowcake” 대출조건에 적혀있는 사항
5월에는 Niger–Algeria Cooperation Agreement가 체결됐고, Dasa에서 알제리를 거쳐 지중해로 연결하는 새로운 corridor를 추진한다고 발표
→ first DFC disbursement
이거 되면 주가 리레이팅을 좀 생각하고 있으면 될것으로 사료
