Justin Sun, the crypto entrepreneur who founded TRON, says he sent Chinese actress Jing Tian’s family 30 million RMB, about $4.2 million, as betrothal money.
His lawyer has sued her and her parents in China to recover it.
The same day, Sun posted a first-person account he labeled fiction. In it he described private Airbus and Gulfstream flights, $1 million to reserve an entire floor at Montage Laguna Beach for egg retrieval, a $200,000 California surrogacy deposit, unused fertility injections, and a last-minute demand for another $50 million in cash.
He wrote that he asked the AI model Claude whether to pay. It told him not to. After 11 seconds of silence on the call, she hung up. He says he never saw her again.
Confirmed: a civil case over more than 30 million RMB, asset-preservation filings, and Jing Tian’s studio saying the public campaign is a shakedown and the rest belongs in court.

Commercial surrogacy is banned on the Chinese mainland. People with enough money can still move fertility treatment, contracts, and cash through U.S. clinics and hotels. Most people in China cannot.
That gap is why the story spread and went viral.

반면 독립적으로 확인되지 않은 내용도 있다. 5,000만 달러 추가 요구, Claude에게 조언을 구했다는 이야기, 사용하지 못한 난임 치료 물품 등은 현재로서는 저스틴 선 본인의 주장에 근거한 내용이다.
