동작방식
사용자가 에이전트에게 요청
(예시: 이번 주 내 예산 안에서 여행·숙박 예약해줘)
에이전트가 항공/호텔/OTA와 상호작용 → 조건 맞으면 자동으로 예약 실행
구매 전 2단계 승인
Intent Mandate: 원하는 것 + 예산 범위 지정
Cart Mandate: 특정 상품이 정해졌을 때 최종 승인
모든 거래는 감사 가능 기록이 남아야 하며, 사기 발생 시 추적 가능

Purpose:
Secure interoperability between AI platforms × payment systems × merchants, while leaving a verifiable record for every transaction.
How it works:
Users issue a request to their agent
(Example: Book me a trip and accommodation this week within my budget)
The agent interacts with airlines/hotels/OTAs and executes reservations automatically if conditions are met.
Two-step approval before purchase:
Intent Mandate: Specify what you want + budget range
Cart Mandate: Final approval once a specific product is selected
All transactions must leave an auditable record, ensuring traceability in case of fraud.
Web3 integration:
AP2 specifications published on GitHub
Collaborating with Coinbase, MetaMask, and the Ethereum Foundation
Preparing integration with wallet-based payments and the x402 protocol
The era where AI agents can realistically execute purchases without user intervention is approaching.
