QA Review & Fix Workflow

Steps
1. Spawn 10 parallel Task agents using Opus model to review the codebase
2. Wait for ALL agents to complete — do not report partial results
3. Consolidate findings into a numbered fix plan
4. STOP and present the fix plan to the user for approval before implementing
5. After user approval, implement fixes phase by phase
6. Run full test suite after each phase
7. When all tests pass, commit with descriptive message and push
8. Update CLAUDE.md if any project conventions changed

Rules

• Never start implementing fixes without explicit user approval
• Use the project's existing test infrastructure
