(Bloomberg) -- China’s leading AI labs are burning more cash than they generate in revenue while losing ground on model efficiency. For every dollar of revenue generated in 2026, Z.ai recorded a net loss of $0.84, while DeepSeek and MiniMax lost $1.50 and $1.40, respectively, according to Bloomberg calculations based on company disclosures.
