According to Crisis Group’s @MairavZ, after Israeli settlers blocked a Palestinian café in al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya, in the occupied West Bank, with dozens of Israeli flags, Israeli police reportedly told the café owner he was not allowed to remove them.
