The CEOs of ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, Shell and BP have withdrawn from the World Petroleum Council’s energy congress in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which began Sunday, according to two people familiar with the matter, the Financial Times reports.

“We made every effort to participate in WPC,” BP said. “Unfortunately, due to travel disruption, we are unable to be there in person.”
