"It’s an outrageous misuse of antitrust law. Antitrust is meant to protect consumers. Well, news consumers are undoubtedly more harmed by Trump’s war on the press than by this show of solidarity by news outlets in defense of the First Amendment. As for the government’s demand for copies of the networks’ communications, the outlets should tell the Justice Department to kick rocks."
