🇺🇸 New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani marked the third anniversary of Oct. 7 by mourning the more than 1,100 Israelis killed in Hamas's "horrific war crimes" and the 251 taken captive. He said the suffering "did not begin nor end that day." It "continued through the Israeli government's devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza," Mamdani said, noting that Israel has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians, including over 21,000 children, and more than 1,400 since the "so-called ceasefire."
