🇮🇶 At least one Iraqi federal policeman was killed and four wounded Monday when Islamic State militants attacked a federal police regiment near Hawija, about 70 km southwest of Kirkuk, using semi-automatic machine guns and sniper fire, two security sources told Reuters. No group has claimed responsibility, but security and army sources said ISIS militants, who retain sleeper cells in the area, were involved.
