On the evening of September 30th, Ansarallah began pushing on several fronts along the Taiz axis, making considerable gains over rugged and mountainous terrain.
To the northwest, Ansarallah pushed further into Jabal Habashi using tanks and infantry fighting vehicles. They claimed several villages and areas surrounding the mountain.
To the east, Ansarallah rapidly took control over the majority of the Same'a district, including the strategic high ground.
To the southwest, the Saudi-backed Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) forces are fighting to maintain control over Bani Omar, but fierce clashes are ongoing in this area as Ansarallah continues pressing on multiple fronts from Al Wazi'yah district.
