💢 Iran appears to have struck a fifth tanker in less than three days, according to recent incident reports from United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO).

Between the evening of September 28 and October 1, five vessels were reported “struck by projectiles” while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, the British maritime security body said. The latest incident resulted in a fire onboard the tanker, according to UKMTO.
