As part of our Constituent Questions series, Andres Carrillo from Atlanta asked Sen. Jon Ossoff about the Laken Riley Act, which he voted for. As a Mexican-American U.S.-born citizen, Andres was told by his local councilwoman that he should carry his passport when going out due to ICE's presence in his area. He asked Ossoff what he's done to help community members threatened by ICE since casting that vote.
